Louis S. Tregre Award

Call for 2008 Tregre Award Nominations

You are invited to submit nominations for the next Tregre Award recipient!

The Louis S. Tregre Award was created in 1991 to honor the memory of Louis, a founding director of NCIDQ. He worked tirelessly, beginning in the late 1960s, to form an independent, autonomous organization to develop standards and guidelines for determining competency in the practice of interior design.

The award recognizes outstanding volunteer service to the Council at the grassroots level, and honors those volunteers who have worked diligently and consistently to further the goals of NCIDQ.

The nominee may or may not be an interior designer, but should be someone whose volunteer efforts at the grassroots level are furthering NCIDQ's mission of public protection.

Send us your nominee's name and contact information, a written recommendation of approximately 150 words, your name and contact information, and the name and contact information of two additional people who can verify the nominee's qualifications.

Nominations are due by June 1, 2008.
